Jerry DiMeglio is the Chief Financial Officer of Wheelhouse Group and all its divisions and subsidiaries, where he oversees and manages all financial aspects of the business, including but not limited to accounting, tax, financial planning, treasury and risk management. Jerry also leads the financial evaluation of any potential acquisition and investment opportunities of the Wheelhouse Group.
Jerry brings more than two decades of experience in finance and operations having served in a variety of senior management positions in the media, print, consumer goods and public accounting industries. Prior to joining Wheelhouse, Jerry was the CFO of PumpMan Holdings LLC, a national provider of pump systems and onsite maintenance and repair services. During his tenure at PumpMan, Jerry led the financial due diligence process and integration of four acquisitions, created a national treasury and insurance platform and oversaw information technology, human resources and benefits for the entire organization.
Jerry is no stranger to the media business. Jerry previously served as the CFO for Leftfield Entertainment, which was founded by Wheelhouse CEO Brent Montgomery and is now whole owned subsidiary of ITV America. Leftfield Entertainment, which was acquired by ITV in 2014, comprised of Leftfield Pictures, Loud TV, Outpost Entertainment and Sirens Media. Jerry was instrumental in the sale of Leftfield to ITV and successfully transitioned the financial processes and procedures of a private company to the requirements of being part of a publicly trade company. Jerry also worked with the business development team looking at opportunities to expand the business via acquisition and joint ventures.
Jerry also worked for RR Donnelley & Sons Company and Cenveo Inc., two of the world’s largest globally diversified printing firms. During his tenure at Cenveo, Jerry led the financial due diligence process of approximately fourteen domestic and international acquisitions and divestitures. In addition, Jerry also played a lead role in the integration efforts for many of these acquisitions. When Jerry wasn’t helping the Company acquire new businesses, he led the financial planning group and was periodically asked to serve as the financial lead in some of the Company’s largest operations.
Jerry earned a BA in Accounting from Iona College. Jerry is married and has three children and lives in Darien, CT.
